Your pet is in the middle of your life right now. Not metaphorically. Actually — nearby, keeping their own schedule, doing that thing they always do that you couldn’t explain to anyone who hasn’t seen it but that makes you smile every single time.
That presence shapes your days more than you probably stop to notice. The routine of caring for them. The comfort of having them near. The particular joy of a creature who shows up for you in ways that are impossible to explain and impossible to forget.
myFurever was built around that truth. Because while the bond between people and their pets has never been more central to modern life, the tools we use to capture it haven’t kept up.
We’re not here to help you post more.
We’re here to help you hold what matters.
We’re here to give the bond you share with your pet a place to live—day by day, and over time.
Pets have become central to modern life. They are family members, emotional anchors, sources of comfort, routine, and joy.
Yet the digital tools used to capture these relationships haven’t evolved with that reality. Moments are scattered. Connection is diluted. And the emotional bond—one that research shows can remain meaningful across time, change, and loss—often isn’t supported while it’s being lived.
So we asked a different question:
A place designed not just to store memories, but to support connection, reflection, and continuity—across everyday life, shared experience, and life’s transitions.
That question became the foundation for myFurevers.
For more than three decades, our Pack Leader worked as a social worker guided by one enduring truth: relationships are central to whole-person health and well-being.
In 2020, two rescue dogs entered her life.
What began as daily walks and quiet companionship revealed something deeper: the human–animal bond plays a meaningful role in emotional regulation, resilience, and joy—yet it lacks intentional digital support.
There was no system designed to support the relationship itself.
myFurever grew from that realization. Not as a scrapbook. Not as social media. A system built with the same care, respect, and intention we give to the relationships that matter most.
At myFurever, our mission is to celebrate the bond between people and their pets by creating a private, intentional space that supports connection, meaning, joy, and whole-person health.
Your pet is already creating the story. The moments that sneak up on you. The quirks that become your favorite things. The quiet presence that makes ordinary days feel like something worth keeping. We just help you hold onto all of it.
Because remembering isn’t just about the past.
It’s about how love continues to shape us.
myFurevers is built with intention, not speed. We design for emotional safety, privacy, and reflection—creating a space that respects the depth of the relationships it holds.
Rather than pushing constant activity or performance, the platform supports a slower, more thoughtful way to engage. You choose what to capture, what to revisit, and who to invite—so connection feels personal, steady, and meaningful over time.
This approach allows relationships to remain present without pressure, and supported without noise.
We design for closeness, not attention. Your pet’s was never meant to be performed.
Joy lives in small, ordinary moments. Noticing them changes everything. Stumpy has known this his whole life, though he couldn’t tell you why.
The science behind the human–animal bond is real and it matters. We honor it in every design decision we make.
We use AI thoughtfully—not to replace memory or emotion, but to help people recognize what’s already there.
We build with care. For users, for animals, and for the emotional weight these relationships carry.
All species. All families. All kinds of love. Every bond deserves a home.
We envision a world where the relationships that shape us are given the space and care they deserve.
Where everyday moments are noticed while they’re still happening. Where the people who love your pet stay connected no matter the distance. Where reflection helps you process joy, navigate change, and hold onto what matters. Where love doesn’t disappear when circumstances shift — and where loss is met with gentleness rather than silence.
myFurever exists to build that world. For every pet who is deeply known. For every family staying connected. For every person navigating change, celebrating joy, or holding on after loss.
For all of it. Day by day. Bond by bond. Always.
Before we introduce the humans, the actual decision-makers would like to say a few things.
When the idea for myFurever came up, I immediately said yes. I say yes to most things. Some of them work out. This one really did. My job is vision. Strategy. Morale. Making sure everyone remembers why we're here — which is the walks, the weird habits, the look your pet gives you at the end of a long day. That stuff. All of that stuff. I also oversee snack procurement. It's a big role. Lisa and Emilio are excellent. I chose them personally. They don't know that. They think they started this company. We let them think that.
Babs would like it noted that she also had final approval.
I handle the parts Stumpy doesn't handle, which is most of the parts. myFurever exists because the bond between people and their pets deserves more than a camera roll and good intentions. That's not a business idea. That's just common sense. I've been saying it from the windowsill for years. Eventually someone listened. Lisa handles the heart of this company. Emilio handles the joy. I handle the eyebrow. Between the three of us — four, if you count Stumpy, which we do, even when we probably shouldn't — myFurever is in very good hands.
The right paws. You know what I mean.
Lisa and Emilio were carefully selected by Stumpy and Babs for their passion, their warmth, and their willingness to take direction from a corgi and a cat. They have risen to the occasion admirably.
For over 30 years, Lisa poured her heart into serving vulnerable children and families. But in 2020, two rescue pups—Roxy and Leo—entered her life and flipped the script. Between leash tangles, squirrel standoffs, and Zoom calls interrupted by delivery drivers, Lisa found unexpected joy, peace, and purpose in the simple rhythm of daily walks and wagging tails. As the world slowed down, Lisa began to reflect. Could she start something new after decades in one industry? With encouragement from her family, especially her entrepreneurially-minded son and inspiration from the Know Your Value community, she dared to dream bigger. The idea of creating a space to honor the deep bond between people and their pets began to take shape. In 2025, myFurever was born. Lisa’s journey is a reminder that it’s never too late to chase joy, follow your heart, and bet on yourself.
Stumpy gave her the job on the spot. Babs made her wait three days. Standard procedure.
Emilio brings a vibrant mix of creativity, compassion, and entrepreneurial spirit to the myFurever team. With a background in international business, marketing, and content creation, he’s lived across the globe—from Argentina to Thailand to Spain to the Seychelles to the United States—always with a camera in one hand and a big idea in the other. But his most meaningful inspiration came from home, where two rescue dogs helped him through tough chapters of his life. Their unconditional love, goofy antics, and quiet companionship reminded him of the healing power of connection—and sparked a new sense of purpose. Now, as the myFurever Chief Storyteller & Head of Barketing, Emilio channels that energy into building meaningful experiences for pet lovers everywhere. Roxy and Leo never forgot him—and he’ll never forget how they helped him rediscover his light.
Babs reviewed his portfolio. Stumpy really liked his energy. Both are valid hiring criteria.
Every company has a founding moment. Ours had fur.
Lisa and Emilio didn’t set out to build a tech company. They set out to honor something they couldn’t quite name — the particular magic of sharing your life with an animal who asks for nothing and gives you everything.
The animals below are the reason myFurever exists. Not as an idea. As a feeling. The kind that sneaks up on you during a Tuesday morning walk, or at 11pm when they’ve claimed your side of the bed and you don’t have the heart to move them.
They didn’t know they were inspiring a company. They were just being themselves.
As it turns out, that was more than enough.
Meet Leo, our charming American Corgi, who hails from Pittsburg, Kansas. Born at the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic, Leo found himself in a Corgi rescue in Colorado at just 4 months old because his first humans thought he wasn’t quite the cuddle bug they were hoping for. Little did they know, Leo’s personality is larger than life! He greets every human like a long-lost friend, flashing his infectious smile, batting his engaging eyes, and wagging his energetic tail in hopes of melting hearts. Leo lives for his walks, believes food is the ultimate treasure, and takes his naps very seriously. He’s also a dedicated office assistant, staying close to his human as she taps away on that mysterious contraption with the giant screen and keyboard.
Now, let’s talk about Roxy, our Australian Cattle Dog/Corgi mix with a heart of gold. Rescued by a Meals on Wheels volunteer during the pandemic, Roxy and her two pups were discovered hiding in the bushes on a scorching summer day in Pampas, Texas. Weighing in at a mere 17 pounds and covered in burrs, Roxy was whisked away to Colorado for a fresh start. At first, she was a bit of a nervous Nellie, especially around men, loud noises, and strangers. Other dogs? Forget about it! But with a steady diet of love and patience, Roxy has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate companion. She’s now a fearless protector of her humans and a relentless squirrel chaser, proving that with a little TLC, even the most timid pups can find their inner superhero.
Say hello to Roscoe, a tabby cat with street smarts, a soft spot for snuggles, and just one eye—but don’t worry, he sees the world perfectly. Found roaming the streets of Sacramento, Roscoe was rescued by a kind stranger and nursed back to health by a loving team of vets. His name isn’t just cool—it’s earned. “Roscoe” suits him well, because this wise feline knows how to care deeply. She lets his baby brother eat first, offers extra grooming as a sign of love, and always knows when it’s time for a cuddle or a game of fetch (yes, he fetches!). Roscoe is a tummy-rub connoisseur, a master of mellow vibes, and a reminder that true wisdom is wrapped in kindness, stripes, and a whole lot of heart.
myFurever may be officially run by a corgi and a cat — with considerable human support — but it has always been shaped by a much larger circle.
Long before there was an app, there were conversations: around kitchen tables, during neighborhood walks, and over phone calls filled with stories about the animals who quietly run our households.
Friends and family generously donated their time, wisdom, and patience. College friends shared decades of business insight that helped steer the ship. Dear friends with deep expertise in the human–animal bond bravely reviewed our ideas. Our founder’s mom—an artist extraordinaire—offered guidance on color, design, and all things beautiful.
Neighbors, friends and family became enthusiastic sounding boards and unknowingly served as our first focus group.
Looking back, it’s clear myFurever grew from a community of people—and pets—who believed the bond we share with animals deserves a place to live.
The pets, of course, would like it noted that they were in charge the whole time.
Stumpy disputes this. Babs does not.

The myFurever logo is built from a simple idea: connection.
Three interwoven rings — distinct, but strongest where they meet. Each one a different dimension of what it means to share your life with a pet. Purple for the emotional bond that runs deeper than you expect. Teal for the quiet ways that bond supports your whole-person health. Amber for the joy — the specific, unreasonable, completely justified joy of a creature who is simply glad you exist.
At the center sits a deep raspberry nose. A small detail. An intentional one. Because every bond begins with a living, breathing presence that is entirely and perfectly known.
The rings remain open by design. Their form reflects continuity, not closure. Relationships evolve. Life changes. Love remains connected. Nothing is sealed or finished — the bond continues, even as circumstances shift.
